How to Use This Dashboard
- Select or add a portfolio company from the dropdown menu
- Choose the time period for KPI tracking (monthly, quarterly, or custom dates)
- Enter actual values for key metrics (revenue, burn rate, customers, etc.)
- Set target values to compare actual performance against goals
- Review the visual charts and trend analysis for insights
- Add notes to document context behind significant changes
- Export dashboard data to share with co-investors or board members
