Quick Start Guide:
- Enter company information and select investment stage
- Click on any section to expand and view documents
- Select status for each document: Provided, In Progress, Not Available, or N/A
- Add notes to document items as needed for context
- Use filter buttons to focus on Essential or Important documents based on stage
- Save progress locally or export to CSV for reporting
Stage-Based Guidance:
- Pre-Seed/Seed: Focus on Essential documents (30-40 items)
- Series A: Complete all Essential + Important documents (60-70 items)
- Growth Stage: Provide all documents across all categories (89 items)
