Quick Start Guide:

  1. Enter company information and select investment stage
  2. Click on any section to expand and view documents
  3. Select status for each document: Provided, In Progress, Not Available, or N/A
  4. Add notes to document items as needed for context
  5. Use filter buttons to focus on Essential or Important documents based on stage
  6. Save progress locally or export to CSV for reporting

Stage-Based Guidance:

  • Pre-Seed/Seed: Focus on Essential documents (30-40 items)
  • Series A: Complete all Essential + Important documents (60-70 items)
  • Growth Stage: Provide all documents across all categories (89 items)
